Terms Of Sale

1. Seller

All domain names listed on this website are owned by and sold by Domain Lotus ("we", "us"). We do not list names on behalf of third parties.

2. Offers and pricing

Displayed prices are in US dollars. Offers and inquiries submitted through this website are non-binding expressions of interest. A sale becomes binding only when both parties accept the terms of an Escrow.com transaction. We may accept, counter or decline any offer, and listed prices may change until a transaction is opened.

3. Buy Now

Selecting Buy Now reserves the domain for you while an Escrow.com transaction is opened. If payment is not secured in escrow within 7 days, the reservation may be released.

4. Escrow and transfers

Payment is made to Escrow.com, never directly to us, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Once Escrow.com confirms receipt of funds, we will initiate the transfer to your registrar within two business days. Funds are released to us when you confirm receipt, or automatically at the end of the inspection period.

5. Fees

Escrow.com fees are allocated as shown at checkout or as agreed in writing. Registrar transfer fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Trademarks

Domain names are sold as-is. The buyer is responsible for ensuring their intended use does not infringe third-party rights. Listing a name implies no affiliation with any company.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any sale is limited to the purchase price paid for the domain.
